FAQs

How long does it take to receive our images?

Typically about 4-5 weeks to complete all the editing and special finishes. The time it takes to complete and deliver your photos is dependant on the season and all of the photo sessions I currently have to edit. All weddings are prioritised in order of date.

Do you have payment plans?

Yes!! Even though there is a payment to secure the date, I offer you as much time to make the payment and the only time I would request payment is if someone else enquired for the same day. Payments to secure the date can be made either in full or in instalments over a period of time. Just to help with budgeting as I understand it’s a big outlay with many of the suppliers asking for securing payments all at once.

Who do you recommend for our videography?

As I specialise in photography I work closely with and highly recommend Patrick and Rose from www.beminefilms.com.au Lovely couple and excellent videographers. Even better, if you book us together, we can generally work out a bit better price.

Can we customise the inclusions to suit our needs?

Absolutely! For example. If you prefer only a natural edit to your images without the highly enhance images, as shown on my website, the cost is reduced by $200.

Are your prices shown the final cost?

Yes! The price shown is the final price. There are no hidden costs.

How and what do we need to do to book you?

The most important thing is to let me know and I can hold the date for you. A retainer of $1000 is required to secure the date which can be made in instalments. The balance is to be due 2 weeks prior to your wedding.

Do you offer sneak peeks straight after our wedding?

Yes! I can offer you a sneak peek 48 hours or less after your wedding for a cost of $200. It generally takes two hours to choose, edit and upload the images for your sneak peek.

Can we receive our images in less than 5 weeks?

You sure can! I offer an expedited service where you can receive your images in two weeks or less for a cost of $500. The high quality remains the same regardless if you choose two weeks or five.
